List position: where the firm lands on the Columbus, OH comparison for that trade at default settings (or at a typical budget), among firms without a license problem. It's a match score from public records, not a quality rating.
Filed value is what was written on the permit, not a quote or final bill; a usual value needs 5 or more priced permits in the trade. Some jobs never need a permit.
License
- Status on the license recordNo license to match: the license file we hold for Columbus, OH covers other trades, and roofing, siding & windows firms here almost never match it (14 of 815). Ohio licenses electrical, HVAC, hydronics, plumbing and refrigeration contractors only — roofers, remodelers, waterproofers and home builders need no state license — and a licensed firm can file under a different name, so this is a gap in our match, not a finding. Ask for their license number and check it at elicense4.com.ohio.gov.
