The city kept the permit status up to date only in 2018 and 2019, so most later permits still read Issued whether or not the work was finished, so no finished share is shown.

  • The file has no final inspection date and its status was not kept up after 2019, so we show no finished share and no time to final.
  • A declared value is filled on only about a quarter of permits, mostly new buildings, so we show no costs.
  • The file has no ZIP code, so there are no ZIP code pages for Prattville.
  • Electrical, plumbing, gas and mechanical permits for a new house are separate permits, so a new home also shows up under those trades. Gas permits are counted with plumbing.
